During my Real Estate career, I was "Realtor of the Year", served as President of the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors, as a Director at the California Association and was a Delegate to the National Association of Realtors.  Over the years,  I served on or chaired many committees, and also, I was the Executive Officer of the local board for two years before returning to full time real estate sales and management.  I have worked with several developers on new subdivisions, with Great Western Financial Corporation as a Branch Manager for Great Western Real Estate and as a Loan Officer for Great Western Bank.  Also, I was the Managing Broker for Shephard Sands Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, and then was the Corporate Broker for Smoke Tree Ranch in Palm Springs, before opening a real estate office in Palm Desert for ResortQuest International, which was sold December 2005.  Presently, I work as an Independent Broker, without the restraints of managing an office with agents and Corporate responsibilties...
